In Phoenix, cars with collector insurance are exempt. Collector plates are not required. I had my last 911 with Hagerty. While it was a "limited use" policy, there were no specific limits on mileage or where the car could be driven. They don't want you to have this coverage on a daily driver... you are required to proved proof that you have another vehicle.
