Looking up phone numbers...
How do I look up a phone number without paying a fee? Back in the day, numbers looked up via Google would show posts that had the number in an advertisement on in a contact me part of a website or whatever. Now it's just pay sites looking to make a buck.
Any idea on how to exclude the pay sites?

most of the time a telemarketer phone number won't even show up other than on the "who called me" sites.
u can still just google the number. if it's legit business, they'll be at the top for sure. |

+1 on white pages. Used it a few months ago and had good luck finding the numbers. Sometimes just typing who is calling from 1-XXX-XXX-XXXX in google will give results showing complaints from other people and who the business is.

Just call your local utility, seems that's what everyone does around here.
