North Korea, they can barley grow rice much less build a nuke launching space shuttle. Find something else to worry about.

Actually, ALL their money goes to their defense budget; this is why they can't afford rice. Their "might" is a little above laughable at this point, but they are making advances...slowly. Couple that with their utter insanity, and yes, they are someone to keep a serious eye on. As they've become a bit more crazy lately, China is kinda taking a step back from being their "big brother" and that bodes well if we decide to go slap some sense back into them.
