New Jackets for Fall 13 Boys
Boys seem to be getting dressed more and more like girls these days and I wanted to reverse that trend, putting a little "rugged" back into clothing. Just got some pics of the first two pieces, our new Motorcycle Parka and a redesign of last Falls' Adventure Jacket, for Fall 13. Also doing a trucker jacket, cargo pants and chinos. What I love about these is we're using an interesting resin-coated fabric. These jackets are one color but we're also going to be dying the twill underneath, like red or olive or grey, then coating the fabric black or whatever color we want, make the garment, then sand off the resin here and there for a scuffed look with the contrast color showing through. Should make for great cargo pants. Wish I had time to do a men's line.

I have an almost 6 y/o and I hate seeing skinny jeans for that age or for boys at all.

thank you all for the nice words, the motorcycle parka is probably the nicest piece I've ever designed or at least tied with the cafe racer leather jacket.
Bill, send me your email and I'll send you a linesheet (wholesale guide). We were supposed to have a web site and online store up by now, it always gets moved to lowest priority unfortunately. Janet, that's a sore subject with me. I fought the good fight for 2 years but stores stopped buying our pants which were already cut slim, but the trend is skinny. It's just not right. So I had to make skinny pants on our cords, cargos, chinos, and checks. The only pant allowed to be normal are for our suit and blazers. but I do what I can with the t-shirt designs and stuff like these coats.

I may do these in men's sizes. When I make something I really like, I have our manufacturing make one for me, did that with last season's blazers, and I definitely want one of these. So it's possible.
Just got these in, the F1 print on infant pants and boys underwear turned out great, very happy with the Fuchs and Prototypo. I'd like to do something in men's with this as well. ![]()

My 12 yr old step-son wears skinny jeans. I ridicule him incessantly about them, but he's unphased.
