These guys are great. I ordered a Toto Drake toilet from them and it arrived in about a week. I was out of the office and someone signed for it without looking at it. When I returned several days later it was obvious it was smashed to pieces inside the box. I call them and real American answered the phone and said they would send a new one out today. No questions asked.
The toilet cost less than half what I would pay locally and shipping was free.
It's so nice to have a good buying experience now and then.
