Single Spoon Safe
 

The events of Sandy Hook got me thinking I needed to secure all spoons, even the bedside one. It was delivered today. I'm going to mount it to my bed frame. If you want to read the details of the safe they are here. Suffice it to say it's a quality product. There is also room in this model for an extra mag. Now all my spoons are bad guy proof.

I had one like that before I lost all of my spoons in that boating accident.

Anyway, I never could remember which way to turn the knob. One direction opens, the other re-locks the safe. I preferred the pop-open SpoonVault(TM) brand.

Just remember, none of these devices will dissuade a determined thief. If he has any amount of time, he will get it open. Thieves don't care if they ruin stuff in the process of getting to the goodies.
