Vegas, 3 nights, now what?

I have to head out to Vegas for work for three nights starting Sunday. Days are filled, but nights open.
Not much of a gambler, so any suggestions of what I should or should not partake in? (Guessing this is a pretty loaded, no pun intended, question.)
Thanks.

Blue Man Group. Do not do it on shrooms nor acid.

Visit the auto museum at the Imperial Palace, you can get free tickets. Its decent.

Try the buffet at the Belagio, its worth the extra $. I think if you got at like 3PM you can get the dinner buffet at the lunch price.

Go to, I think its called Jerry's for prime rib up the strip past old town. Its excellent and the price is cheap.

I have unfortunately spent a bit of time in Vegas the past five months...I think the mecca of Vegas sucks in all modes and codes.

That said, take a day before or after your trip, get a rental car and do the following:

95 north to Indian Springs. Get gas, just in case.
95 north to Beatty, NV. Do not speed. Have lunch and walk around.
374 into Death Valley. The drive over the ridge is spectacular.
Once in the Valley, figure out how much time you have and plot your route out. I would do 190 to 127 to 372 to Pahrump.

I just drove from Vegas to Reno last month, all two lanes. It was great, but you have to like the desert, which I do.

Take an extra day, trust me. Also divert to Mt Charleston.

Could not agree more......I love poker and outside of the poker rooms, I hate Vegas , Casinos in general, the atmosphere, the unless slots, the whole set up makes my skin crawl.

3 day is about max I can stomach.

Only able to take in the night-life?
I hear that the Tropicana is a haven of hookers. But prostitution is illegal in Vegas, and Clark county, so you may want to head out to Pahrump and avoid the legal issues.

These may be more daytime venues:
Last time I was out that way, I went to Nellis and watched the Thunderbirds practice.
You can also take in some museums [LIST OF MUSEUMS]

Valley of Fire is nice - albeit not an evening activity.

Auto Museum also closes in the evening, make sure you get the times right when you go.

I am not much of a Vegas fan. I visit every decade or so to catch up on the new hotels built.

Just went there this past weekend, drove back to Phoenix yesterday. Vegas at night is an effing zoo. Never, ever ever again. It was the most miserable driving experience of my life, both Fri. and Sat. nights. We stayed at LVH, the old Hilton on Paradise Rd. Waited on line for almost an hour to check in. Coming back late at night, all parking everywhere was full - valet, self parking, overflow, neighboring hotels, full. Took us about 90 min. before we finally parked at the Wynn and walked 30 min. back. And that meant I had to go get the car the next morning. Sat. night was even worse because there was a bad accident on Conv. Center Way by the Wynn and the cops had Conv. Ctr. Way closed - but not before they let you drive halfway up there and then blocked the intersection and made everyone do U-turns in the service entrance. It looked like the worst traffic jam I ever saw in China. Will never go there again unless my job makes me and then I'll fly. Hell on Earth in a car.

same experience past weekends. We spent 1/2 of the time when we were there on driving from place to place and finding the right parking space. Usually, we walk, but I was too tired to walk this time. Horible. Hotel room cost 3 times more on the past Saturday. Was it because it was valentine weekends?

I can't remember the name of the place, but they have all the desireable assault and military guns to shoot in a closed range for rent, this sounds like fun. You could also visit the "pawn stars" pawn shop, and for sure check out the colored/synchronized fountains at the Bellagio.

Atomic testing museum might be open in the evenings. It's kind of cool.

The pinball hall of fame is open at least to 11:00 - if you're into that kind of thing. Huge room with tons of pinballs from at least the '50s to modern ones all for play. No bar but they have candy and popcorn. I'm sure there's a bar nearby or a cab or two in that town.

Both of the above are on Tropicana near or just East of UNLV.

We use LV as a hub to do nature/photo stuff in the desert. Used to spend the night in town then head out in the morning. Nowadays - ugh. We don't gamble, we look to other cities for dining and the douchebag "look at how much $$ I can spend" thing is done. In a few weeks we'll be on a 0630 flight ABQ-LAS and straight to DVNP...

Maybe still stop at Agent Provocateur on the way back to the airport.

Is the Titanic Museum/Display still there? Worth the effort. Also the Hoover Dam:

35. Done the clubbing scene there for a couple of bachelor parties, definately had a good time, but not sure id have the time/energy for that.
Thought about the pawn shop may try that but have heard the lines are long.
