Anybody looking for a really clean 93 Maxima?
 

Just throwing it out there, It has around 85k, they are looking for 2 kish. This car is super clean for an old Maxima.

I'm not interested, but does it happen to be the SE model? If so, it would bring more than 2k.

So there has got to be a point with these things that the depreciation slows down dramatically?

I have an '06 Altima SE for a DD and since purchasing used in '09 has been plummeting in value...will only bring maybe $6k...

They just hold value after a while?

I think in today's used car world, any car with less than 150K, no body damage, decent interior and tires is going to bring no less than $2K

If it is as good as the '96 that we have had forever, it is worth $2k.

^^^ Same here when we had a 95-SE. Most reliable and trouble free for 240k miles. Actually, would consider another with a hard to find 5spd manual. Blends in with traffic, not a target for speeding tickets, theives, OK for taking parking lot dings, long term at airport parking, etc.

That is why I threw it up here, They are well built cars, easy to work on, and seem to run forever. rust killed most of them here, but this one is super clean, and has been well cared for by an older guy.

Drove my 91 SE 5 speed to 270k on the original clutch and then sold it off cheap to a coworker for 1k. He's been driving it for the last 2 years. Great Car, those 3L were nearly bullit proof motors and highly regarded.

I'd consider a low milage, well taken care of SE manual in a heartbeat for another DD.
