Removing 4.83gb of "other" from my iPhone?
Anybody else seeing a large quantity of "other" listed in the memory contents of their iphone? Mines a 4s running 6.0.1?
Any tricks on how to remove it? |
The 'Other' on mine just jumped from almost nothing to 1.6GB. Suspiciously right after a software update last week. Try deleting the Safari history through the Settings menu. This hasn't worked for me, but it might be worth a try

I suspect this may be some of the reasons for the almost weekly updates lately. My moms iPhone did the same thing....

Mine did this and I searched for a fix. I tried them and nothing really worked so I ended up just resetting it. After I synched it back up everything was fine.
