Handmade in USA...leather footballs, basketballs, etc
Saw this company profiled in a documentary. Beautiful work...handmade footballs, baseballs, etc. Even old styled medicine balls. Pricier than plastic laced crap from the far east.

I have always admired the higher-end Nokona baseball gloves for the same reason, hand-made in Texas. When the factory burned down in 2006 the employees helped to keep the factory and jobs in the same small town.
I have one of the hand-made gloves that I purchased in the late '70's. I sent it back to them a couple of years ago and they completely rebuilt it, at what I thought was a very reasonable price for a one-off job.
