How bad is decafe
 

I don't mean taste, but to your health. I cut out coffee for 2-3 years now but do drink a few cups of decafe daily. I do like the taste of coffee, but am not addicted. I can go without it but it taste so damn good, even the decafe, because I am used to the bad taste now.

Tell me if I'm wrong :rolleyes: but there are two sorts of decafe. Chemical decafe and water extraction decafe. A friend who WILL NOT drink decafe thought my decafe was an excellent coffee until I told him it was decafe.

That was a few years ago. Now I just drink the regular stuff in lattes and but keep it down to only three a day and no cafine after midday.

I can't tell much difference in taste, but drink about 4 cups of regular coffee every day of my life.

I can't tell the difference either, but I drink about 4 cups of half decalf. I still get a little kick but not the rush of reg coffee.
