NY Soda ban defeated for now
 
The NY soda ban was quashed by local judge. Whether you agree with it or disagree Mayor Bloomberg vows to fight the ruling. His strategy has always been to out spend his opponent in order to get his way even if it is not popular with the public that he is suppose to serve.
