Pelican down! Duellers had a stroke!
 

Just got off the phone with Jim. It seems he had a stroke Saturday morning. He is in the hospital now and will be for a few days. His doctors think they will have him back to 100% in a few months with PT. It was an ischemic CVA but did not bust thankfully. He says he has been poked and prodded and everything else seems good, just going to have to make some more lifestyle changes with some different medicines.

Wow, as we get older. I'm glad to hear that he will probably be OK.

Thank you, Sid. Damn, Jim... ya know that was a close one. Thank God you're alive! Now you have to survive for a few days on hospital food. Don't go stir-crazy and get yourself arrested while you're in the hospital. No escape plans, no Buell motorcycles up and down the hallways.

Jim, we're hoping and praying for your speedy recovery. Sooner the better so my wife and I have a place to hang out if we take the motorcycle trip down the Natchez before the heat becomes unbearable.
