any personal experience with Ghosts??
 

I've known a few people who swear they have seen them.. These are intelligent, educated people, I know them well enough to not question their sanity..
So today my friend was at her boss's house ,,I"ll spare you the details but his wife committed suicide , but not before shooting her BF in the nuts,, (long story),,
anyway, she moved the picture of the woman and her son (put it face down),, turned around and it was standing up again.. repeated it and it happened again.. She was the ONLY one in the house.. a little later she could hear the woman crying and saying "I"m sorry),, this was in her son's room..
Anyway this was not the first time she's seen/heard ghosts, but it really freaked her out..
Anybody else ever have anything like this happen ?

Im still waiting for my father to give me a sign.

I've had dreams about family who have passed that are so real I wake up expecting to see them again......but no actual paranormal experiences. I have to say I am skeptical but also very intrigued with the possibilities!

Ghosts!! you betcha!
 

My family had a camp on a lake in the Adirondacks built in the late 19th century. Various family members would take turns staying there during the summer. They all noted in the log book for more than 60 years that things moved from where they were when we went to bed and when we woke up. Great memories!

The place where I work has ghosts that have been seen by numerous people. I have worked there 20 years and never saw anything until 5 years ago. I work in the machine shop and was setting up a cnc mill. I was leaning inside the machine squaring up a vise and saw a shadow stop and then pass by the side window of the machine. I stood up and looked to see who it was and nobody was near the machine except me. I leaned back in to continue what I was doing and suddenly there was a loud crash and broken glass was raining down all over me and my tool box. The fluorescent light above me shattered for no reason. I have a lot of good stories from this place from over the years. Some people there won't even walk in certain areas of the building.

Germs that spread disease? Not so long ago we had no knowledge or belief in their existence...

I think my first apartment had a poltergeist. Never saw anything, or felt anything strange, but things would get moved, and every so often a random kitchen cabinet door would be open.

Two events that stick in my mind:

I got home from work, came inside, closed and locked the door, then went into my room and changed out of my uniform (Navy), then walked back into the living room to find the front door (that I had closed and locked 2 minutes prior) wide open.

My roommate and I got home from work at about the same time, and started dinner (the staple of bachelors everywhere, Kraft mac & cheese). He filled a pot with water, and put it on the stove on "high" to boil the water. I saw him do this, I saw the electric stove element getting red. We both grabbed a beer and went to watch TV and wait for the water to boil. Five minutes later, my roommate got up to check the water, and then called me in to the kitchen. The stove had been turned off. We were the only people there, and we both saw the stove on.

They don't exist. I've challenged them in the middle of the night to reveal themselves, nothing happened.

Ghostly Clothes
 

I have often wondered where ghosts get their outfits. Is there a rental shop somewhere on the other side or do ghosts have just one outfit. And how do they get the clothes to vanish when they disappear. I just keep wondering.........

I had a cousin that stayed in a haunted house once, he swore there were ghosts, and that he'd seen them.

Of course, I could easily believe his tales, as my brothers and I had gotten frustrated with his not going to bed, so we filled him for of tales, and then used an array of kid generated special affects and convinced him soundly that those tales were real. He would stuff his head under a pillow and go to bed early rather than face the ghosts, we all got to sleep.

His parents ended up driving him from several states away after that visit for us to "un-convince" him, lol.

Errrrryone has a video camera in their pocket these days... show me the ghosts!

Video tape or audio tape them, for some reason they tend to turn up then.


Entire TV shows are dedicated to this. You have to get out more.
