any personal experience with Giblets??

I've known a few people who swear they have eaten them.. These are intelligent, educated people, I know them well enough to not question their sanity.

Mom used to chop them up, cook them and then add them to the stuffing mix. The neck was used to make soup the next day.

In my house the dog gets them cooked and added to his dry food.
