Wizard bike motor?

So helping a friend clean out 45 years of stuff , came upon this, does anyone know anything about them? it's a 1912 Wizard and I haven't been able to find much info about them, it's one of the things he wants to sell , and I would like to see him get a fair price for it, but I don't know what to tell him, here's some pics. of it.

As hokey as it sounds....the guys from American Pickers all over stuff like that...they'd know. This is the their site:

It's a Whizzer. More like the forties- fifties than 1912. These were "clip ons", intended to motorize ordinary bicycles.

The first Whizzers were made in the late 30's. This one is from the late 50's. There is a market for this stuff. Does he have the frame for it too or just the motor?

A friend of mine has one. I'll ask him where to go.
