Check it out, gun guys..........
I inherited a box of gun books from a deceased friends estate. This was in amongst the other stuff! A copy of the very first issue of "The Gun Digest" books! The gun prices listed are really amazing. Model 21 Winchester shotguns list from $94.35 to $127.60! Colt Match Target Woodsman @ $47.50, Winchester Model 42 Pump $52.90! Here is a picture of the cover. Note that this issue is for 1944, months
before the end of WWII!
