Computer wierdness.. please help

I am no longer receiving email notifications to posts/replies on any of the threads I have subscribed to on pelicanparts.

I double checked that I have everything set-up properly on my control panel and made sure the "remember me" box is checked at the login space.

Wayne tried to help but to no avail and says it is my computer.

I checked to make sure my email software (Outlook) doesn't have @pelicanparts.com domain in the blocked list and it is not.

I checked to make sure my anti-virus software (Norton 360) doesn't have the domain blocked and it is not.

Any ideas?

My system is Windows 7 Pro, IE10, Office 2010.
