RW, Yeah... I was wondering the same thing. A lot of Sandy ( ie. flooded cars ) get re-titled in certain states which then clears the title so there is no record of flood damage. Is VT one of those states?

What part of having a address in Vt is a crime randy ?.....with out adding some sort of convoluted spin on this-
