Kevin, Shelby looks beautiful. But, I do have a question. If she is also in ROTC, why aren't the women allowed to be in full mess dress?

My cousin named her daughter Shelby also. They are close in age but the two are like two peas in a pod. Smart, pretty, very outgoing happy people. Yes a great name.

Congratulations! ROTC paid my daughter's way through college and med school. Didn't hurt he one bit. Now she is a Capt in the USAF. Just married her off last year. She turned out ok.
