for those who (are unfortunate enough to) know Cleveburg, that is just west of The Flats - it used to be a white ethnic neighborhood, but I have avoided Cleveborg since I was a college student there in the 1970s, so it is likely to have changed - the location, and the pics I've seen of the houses, do not make one imagine an upscale area
