The CASE knife.

I tore mine up opening boxes at work. The steel isn't easy to sharpen for me. I sent back for the free clean and sharpening. Holy smokes! If I knew it was gonna shine ip like this I would have taken a "before" pic. I think this is from the late 70's. I like it. It is very tame compared to everything else I own. Let' see yours!

Count the dots at the base of the blade. In 1970 they had 10 dots and took one away for each year. In 1980 the s in case was changed to a lightning bolt style s and got 10 dots, with one removed each year. That's how you date the "dotted" Case knives.

Let me know if you want some cool knives...just PM me. I buy them to give to customers so I have a decent reserve. My Son tried to make some extra cash last week end so he took (with permission) and set up a table in the drive way. Sold a bunch for not much - pure profit for him - not me!

Very cool. I wasted a few minutes looking at them, thanks Vash.

Here's mine. A Boker "Tree Brand" stockman, made in Solingen Germany. The handles are made from German beer barrels........
