Thanks for sharing Milt. I love how the statues are up that early in the project! Also great to see a young stud at work and how everything has held up to this day. Maybe not in style but certainly in terms of construction! :)

Yep, Yanmar 2 cyl diesel 4WD. Bobcats weren't available to rent that I remember. Funny story about the dig: I was bid $1200 to excavate the pool with the dirt hauled. I thought I could do it a lot cheaper. I rented the tractor for 2 days, took the dirt down the drive and piled it in the street. I had a skip and dump come and take the dirt. All said and done....1200 bucks.

I've never forgotten that lesson.
