Glen, I understand its not the devices fault. Just the fact that you cant deal with an actual person anymore. I work for the largest telecom co. and we are not allowed to telecommute with each other. Every process now has to be done over the ****in comp.

That is just a management policy. The managers suck.

I can confirm that I have NOTHING to do with his systems :) Heck, if I did there would be a secret DB column "pelicanMember" that would grant awesome powers. :D

Dilbert lives.

HR effed up and is blaming the computer. I would escalate it, there's no reason that someone else's incompetence should cost you.
