7pm is fine, but there is very little traffic going that direction on the 101 in the afternoon. It will take Sidney 20 min. at the most to get there. When going up Tatum, the BJs should be around the third entrance on the right. Enter as if you're going to the In-N-Out Burger and then turn right in the parking lot by Mimi's Cafe.
