Fresh ink.

It takes a certain madness to pay someone $150 an hour to torture you with a needle :) 3 hours on the table today. Happy with results. The few blank spots are moles. Hard to monitor if they are inked.

I can't read that. It probably says

Congrats!

Well done.

Love. The colors are great.

You had a tattoo, Brando? Did I see it? I don't remember it. I know your wife does. :)

Colors hold up pretty well on me, but sadly, that white skin means my shoulders can not be tattooed. Parents let me get sun burned as hell as a kid. Lots of nasty looking stuff for my physician to monitor.

Pretty Sweet! Where did you have the work done? I had a little bit done at Slave to the Needle in Ballard. Been meaning to get in and get some touch up/cover up work done.

Very cool Josh, what does it mean? I always wanted to get Brandeis crossed oars.

HardDrive 05-25-2013 09:20 AM

Work was done by Ruby Santiago of Two Birds Tattoo in Greenwood. Its a chick shop, but they let us lowly males in. Ruby's line work and color are awesome.

@ledhedsymbols, I'm going to get my next one from Kyle Wood. He's a younger guy, but really talented. https://www.facebook.com/kylewoodtattoo

Not for me and I was in the USMC. Glad you're happy with it. The closest thing I got to a tat was a guy in 8th grade who stabbed me with an Indian Ink pen in the left forearm. I've got one dot from that.

Nice piece!

Not a tattoo guy myself but congrats and glad it turned out the way you wanted.

If I were ever to get one I would go with a bear claw on my shoulder and American indian totem pole on leg.

Kinda like this:

You probably see a lot of American Indian artwork and tats in the PNW....

Nice work! I got one nearly as big on my chest last year. It took about 3 hours as well. Joe at All Star here in Tacoma inked mine. Joe did a good job & worked fast. Tattoos are cool, but is indeed a torturous ordeal.
