Dunkin Donuts Abusive Rant
Wow! I love this story. Abusive Florida woman goes into Dunkin Donuts to "expose them" for failing to give her a receipt the day before. She demands to be served for free and then begins a profanity laden tirade laced with racist insults while recording the whole thing. In her righteous indignation she posts the video on youtube to send Dunkin Donuts to Mars and it does indeed go viral... just not the way she planned.
Bravo to the $8/hr employees who handled the affair with dignity and went far beyond the call of duty, displaying extraordinary courage under fire. As it turns out, Ms Taylor Chapman the abusive videographer is currently unemployed and engaged to a 21 yr old with multiple felony burglary counts. Perfect. 20 million people have now seen her in her very ugliest racist moments. Mmmmmm Karma. Burned every bridge she has ever crossed with one video. She has since cancelled her youtube, facebook, and twitter accounts but the vid is still out there. Probably the only thing left now is to make a skanky, no-class sex tape to complete the trifecta. As for the employee victims of this unwarranted abuse, Dunkin Donuts is planning a special award for job well done. A charity fundraising company is raising $10,000 to go towards their education expenses. Enjoy: Meet The Horrible Florida Woman Who Filmed Herself Berating Dunkin' Donuts Workers | The Smoking Gun |
I have never understood people to attack people in the service industry for no reason like she did:mad:
Bravo to the young man for not ***** slapping her.. |
Employee of the month (year!).

I just wasted 5 minutes of my life. Why do so many young women swear like a drunken sailor today? Is that all people's "got"? Post a bad review, post on Facebook.

Sub-Whorebag.

Wow, I only watched a few seconds and skimmed the article. I could see that she was winding herself up to only get worse. What a horrible person. I hope everywhere she goes, people recognize her from her viral vid. What a waste of skin.

They should have called security.

But it is the height of self righteousness. The staff handled it absolutely perfectly...and should be commended and thanked by the owner. |
I'm waiting to hear what her lawyer has to say about this since she's already called him and he's "on it!".

At a donut shop you don't need to call the cops, they hang out there.
|
She should have been asked to leave and the police called. People make mistakes, but no one should have to listen to that.
|
My customer relations department would not have handled that as delicately .
|
I can't believe people allow a camera to be stuck in their face without doing anything about it. I would have owned that camera after 2 seconds. What a tool.
|
People are much worse in parts of California. I think its a generational thing.

This, my friends, is when you can correctly use the c-word.

Reminds me of my favorite comedian Mitch Hedberg.
“I bought a doughnut and they gave me a receipt for the doughnut. I don't need a receipt for the doughnut. I'll just give you money and you give me the doughnut. End of transaction. We don't need to bring ink and paper into this. I can't imagine a scenario in which I would need to prove that I bought a doughnut. Some skeptical friend? 'Don’t even act like I didn't buy a doughnut, I've got the documentation right here. Oh wait, it's back home in the file... under 'D', for 'doughnut'...” ― Mitch Hedberg |

Two things struck me as funny about this. 1) she states that the employees are probably spitting and sh*****g on her food so she's going to give it to her boyfriend, and 2) how she can't wait to post the vid on facebook.
The rest is appalling and disgusting. Good thing she took down her facebook page, she'll have a difficult time getting a marketing job after this. -e. |
