Brian993,

Welcome to the board. As you're Obviously new here, let me tell ya, there are a few folks who are a bit of a PITA. I'm sure you'll quickly discover who they are...

As for everyone else, well let's just say they kick ass. (I can say that can't I?) ;)

Hi Brian993.

As Phred68 said, welcome to the board. And watch out for the *********s. There used to be this guy BigBpainta but we threw him out.

Cars doing good. Its going to the mechanic the week of 8/5. I got a good deal on some lowering springs, so he's installing them along with a complete tune up/major service. I am also thinking about a RSR clutch and a new flywheel. I am used to the cars current performance and ready for more!;)

I also like the ignore option, it works well!

BBP, somehow I doubt this.

pwd72s,

East Amherst is a fancy way of saying "suburban Buffalo" ... it's a nice part of town, other than the permafrost and salt on the roads six months of the year! Ha, ha, ha!

I should know - I grew up in "Cheektowaga" the next suburb over - a part of town known for its tasteful lawn ornamentation (pink flamingos and lawn jockeys)!! Good Lord, what does that say about my taste in classic 911s?? No wonder I like Viper Green and Signal Orange!! Ha, ha!

Cheers!

Just so I dont get jumprd on by any of the parasites whose only purpose in coming here is to act like *********s, let me carify, while I want to maintain my car properly a few performance upgrades wouldnt hurt. I havent driven my car on the track, but as far as the street, I can enjoy my ride to the fullest. Now Todd you need to pull through.

I got a good deal on some lowering springs

Reconsider this. Just slapping in lower springs can lead to poor handling, ask those who have done it on a 993. They usually end up coming out pretty quick. For the street only it'll probably be fine but if you intend to track it you'll want a more integrated set of fully adjustable coilovers like H&R or Bilsteins.
