Finally Sold my camping Trailer!
Bought a new big ass RV a few months ago. Been trying to sell my 2000 Trailmanor on RVTrader.com and Craigslist for months. Had a dozen lookers, finally got a biter today. I was asking $8K he offered $7.5K and brought his pickup and gave me $7.5K in C notes. They look real, and he lives a mile or two away and has been in the hood for about as long as me (25+ years). Did the whole deal in under an hour.

Very cool. Nothing like a wad of C Notes to put money in perspective.
How do you like the RV to date? My wife and I have been kicking the idea around a bit if/when we sell the farm or if the unmanned business keeps growing, which is likely. Great to speak with you today...you caught me in a chatty mood!

Paul, yes it was great to talk to you today. I ran your suggestions by legal for UAV's and they don't want to go for it. Fine, not my call. I just tell them what I know.
The RV is "Only" 29 feet, but it's a monster to me, gotta get more miles driving it to get comfortable. We looked at a lot of RV's before we bought the one we have. Two of us only now, we wanted a walk around bed, to make it (tired of rolling over the bed to make it) , bigger Kitchen and seating for our five camping family friends (camping, really?) we've been going out with them for 30 years, including before we had kids. We started out with tents. The kids are grown up now. We started with tents, upgraded to pop-up trailers, larger trailers and now RVs. The $7.5K in "C" notes was nice, but nothing like when I sold the DB4 and the representative of the Prime Minister of Kuwait showed up at my credit union with $250,000 in "C" notes to buy it. It fit comfortably in a Samsonite Hard Case Brief case. He even gave me the brief case. The old trailer towed with my Son's Toyota Tacoma got about 14 MPG, the new beast gets about 10-12 MPG, so I'm sort of carbon neutral; like I really care.
