Property Management Company in Chicago
I can do google searches and check the phone book, but I figured I'd ask here first...
Can anyone recommend a property management company in Chicago that would be willing to deal with a single walkup in Old Town? It's fully renovated, 3BR/2.5BA, 2000+ sq ft, desirable neighborhood, detached single car garage, 2 blocks from the shops on North Ave, rooftop patio, etc.. I need to talk to someone about the possibility and process of turning it into a rental. TIA |
