the OP says she was a stripper and American, I missed those parts in the article, she may well have been a stripper but it doesn't sound like she worked there and I didn't see anyplace she was anything other than Canadian.

And I'm wondering if it was a big deuce or a river.

I think she was just a guest at a night club

Nothing in the article even remotely indicated that it was a stripper or a strip club, on the contrary, it sounds like a dance club
