Not a happy 4th for one family

This is across the reservoir from where we live. We go to that park and restaurant fairly often. So sad. I hope they find the idiot who is responsible. |
That's terrible. I saw it posted earlier. I'm sure it was a legal gun owned by a responsible owner.
