A great idea, but considering the fact that chart lists exactly one bullet weight per cartridge makes it next to useless. I don't know ANYONE who shoots 150gr .308, or 325gr .45-70, for that matter. Not if they want any sort of long distance accuracy.
The choices for which calibers made it to the list are utterly bizarre in some cases. 450 Bushmaster? .30 Rem AR? Yet nothing for 6.5 Grendel? Also, listing the ballistic coefficient is pointless unless the brand is also included. For example, Lapua Scenars can have up to 10% higher BC than Hornady A-Max in the same weight. |

This list doesn't include ballistics, but it does give all of the dimensions and bullet weights of just about every metric and non metric cartridge ever made for a handgun. This list will give you an idea of just what a large variety has been produced over the years.
