ALpine stereo and iPhone bluetooth issue

SO.....I have a 6 month old Alpine. It paired and STAYED paired with my LG stooped phone and my iPhone 4. The GF gave me her 5C and while it syncs manually, it does not stay so after turning the engine off and starting back up.....

Anyone got any ideas? I'm on hold with Alpine right now. Been to the radio retailer and Verizon......no joy.

Sorry but no good news from me... I have a low end ALPINE and a Samsung Galaxy light.

Music streaming works (BT)... when it feels like it...
Good thing is the hands free phone part seems to work 100% of the time.
Kinda sucks because I wanted to play podcasts off my phone via BT.
I have resorted to loading the podcast onto a thumb drive and playing them through the USB port.

I have a Kenwood I would sell you that works flawlessly with BT, it does CD, satellite and HD radio... but has no radio buttons.

I started brainstorming....even though the stupid book says I don't have to....I cleared out all the stored devices. Voila.....schizzle works.

The Pioneer head unit I put in my HHR will automatically sync with which ever phone comes into the car first. It re-syncs each time as per the setup in the Pioneer instructions.

I would suggest trying to find a good tech user group for the stereo and also the same for the phone as there are probably several hundred folks who have had the same issues!
