Anyone have an XBox 360 + Kinect gathering dust? Want to sell it?
This approach has worked for JoeBob on a few items so I thought I'd give it a shot...
We always stay a little behind on technology. With the new Xbox coming out soon we thought we'd pick up an Xbox 360 with a Kinect to play with. I know prices will drop like a rock in a few months when the new one comes out, but would like to pick one up to play with while our daughter still has some summer vacation left. Hoping to find an Xbox 360 slim, Kinect, and a few family friendly games. Thanks! ![]()

Xbox 1 is not backwards compatible with 360 titles.
Meaning anyone who wants to continue to play games in their current library will not be letting go of their 360 so fast. Also consider the generally limited choice of new console launch titles and high cost of buying several titles at once. So don't worry, prices won't be dropping like a rock any time soon. Personally I'd just hit gamestop.com and grab from their pre-owned inventory. At least you have some recourse if the thing red rings in a week.

I bought the same thing you're looking for off eBay. Got a slightly older 360 with 250 gig hard drive, kinnect and 15 games for about $250.

Yeah... was up late last night and saw a nearly new console with a Kinect, plus 8 games - most of which are ones we'll use. One we won't, but it sells for $30 used. Put in a bid before going to bed and woke up to find I won. $167 shipped seemed like a pretty good deal based on what people are asking on the local Craigslist for similar bundles.

Ended up with a set of Cups for the p-car that way. Low open and not much action, had a couple glasses of vino in me and tossed a bid figuring they'd never go that cheap. Woke up the next day and had to write a check, LOL.

Couple of weeks ago I almost put in a bid on a cheap E320 wagon that was on Ebay. Figured I'd knock the bidding up a bit, but still be below the reserve. Thought better of it and e-mailed the seller asking about the history of the car instead. Well, turns out it had been in an accident, but he didn't mention it in the ad! Winning bidder was well below the charity bid I almost placed! Would have been a long drive from Florida to AZ in my cheap Benz with the replaced hood and fender!
Haven't seen any shipping notice from the seller. Hope he doesn't flake on me due to the low price.

For some cheap games, look at Gamestop. They sell used games for around $5 to $20 for the 360. Used core 360's are around $125 and most accessories are cheap as well.
