Psycho, the movie...
We rented "Hitchcock" last night.
Really, really good movie (although be warned, no car chases, nothing blows up, and no boobies) but a great story and well done. Basically the story is about the filming of Psycho. So at the end of the movie my wife says "we should rent Psycho now!" I was never a fan of the thriller/horror movies (unless there were giant bugs or space aliens involved). So PPOT movie buffs, Psycho = classics must see? Or pass?

you saw behind the curtain, and peered through the peep hole- tell us if it was ruined after you watch it.

You probably should've watched "Psycho" first.
But yeah, it's a classic and y'all should consider it a must see. Follow it up with the original "Texas Chainsaw Massacre" the next night.

Classic movie, great black & white photography. The whole music score is only string instruments (one of many things to keep the budget down).
For SoCal fans (no spoiler...), when Marion Crane gets her car started and departs, she's getting on old HWY 99 on the Grapevine near Gorman.

When I'm in the shower
I'm afraid to wash my hair. 'Cause I might open my eyes and find someone standing there. People say I'm crazy, Just a little touched. But maybe showers remind me Of Psycho too much. It created the genre. All that followed were mere copies. Rent it and watch it. With the lights on.
