!!!!! When I looked at that link I thought that car looked familiar. Sure enough that's a coworkers 911. Talked to her and she's bringing it in on thursday! She is absolutely meticulous about her cars and it's probably nicer than just about every other 02 out there i've seen. Had no idea she was selling, don't know how I missed it on AT been looking for months. We've talked before but she thought I didn't like 996's which admittedly I used to but they've so grown on me.

Recently new suspension on it and only 65k on the engine, everything documented and most if not all the work done at the dealership. Pretty killer car.

Engine is quiet and no any wired sound and the breaks are good, The radio is missing, but the wires stay there.
It isn't registered. If it hasn't been registered for several years, that could be really, really 'spensive.

Congrats! I see an Aero kit and the beautiful 5-spoke Carrera wheels, my favorite on a 996. They look great in that gunmetal color too. You done good, but lose the tacky front tag and get some bumper plugs ASAP. Front license plates on a 996 are such a wart on an otherwise clean bumper.

Thanks Randy, yeah she chose a killer color when she had the wheels done. Black chrome I think she called it. They look great, different in varying light conditions. Still debating if I just will deal with the front plate or run without it.

Did it not have a front plate? If you have AAA they can do the DMV thing for you.

License plate was in the trunk, no big deal. Still all smiles. Went and showed a friend of my dads and porsche mechanic the car and he was impressed with how clean it was said it was a steal at that price. :D

Just needs a Charvel strat in the passengers seat and it will be perfect!
