If Pinot Noir is my mistress, Syrah is my wife. I drink Northern Rhone (and the one I make). My advice is two or more years in barrel. Importer Kermit Lynch (Cornas!, Allemand, Clape); Guigal makes great wines from grocery store (Crozes-Hermitage, Hermitage, Saint-Joseph) to the "La-La's"
