Can someone please tell me more info about this type of the axles?
Sorry, this is 2nd post, just to reach more people...
Original post is here - http://forums.pelicanparts.com/porsche-911-technical-forum/766401-can-someone-please-tell-me-more-info-about-type-axles.html Thank you :) |
I think those are older than your '68. Do you not have a PET? It's been 3 computers ago since I ran that program. Someone should be able to run a PET search for you. I'd start with the very first drive axles in '64 if shown.

I just did a search on PET from 65-69 on all models/axles. Saw nothing like that in the picture. I highly doubt its a Porsche part.

Byron, Sorry, my all searches on "NADELLA" returning this ---> http://forums.pelicanparts.com/porsche-911-technical-forum/766401-can-someone-please-tell-me-more-info-about-type-axles.html#post7606322

I think what is on the car is some variation of this type:

ev's axle seems to have a slip joint and a more conventional CV joint. I know I've seen those, but maybe not on a Porsche. Can you tell if there has been any machining or mods?
If PET doesn't list it, it didn't happen. |
I do not aware about any modifications, sorry :-)
