Saw this on FB and have no idea if it is a hoax, a dumbass stunt or WTF.
 I've no idea how to report such stuff.

 . Do you know who this person is? How did you run across it on FB? Those would dictate my response...probably just a "look at ME" post...but isn't that what FB is all about for many? I just don't get it either...good luck with whatever you decide to do!
