Captured on Google Earth
I'm about 99% sure I was captured on Google Earth while out for a casual paddle last year. The date is right and the location is right. I've got no idea what time the pic was taken but if there was another kayak in the marina I think I would have seen it.

You could probably figure out a rough idea of the time by the shadows in the second photo.
Other than that, just contact the NSA. I'm sure they can confirm whether it was you.
