Super cool but aren't the fittings the difficult parts to acquire?

no fittings come with it but you can rent them, or I could see trying to find them now, used.

I know what it is, but am fuzzy on what it does. Does it just line up specific mounting points to make sure things are straight on the frame? Does it actually straighten things out?

You get the right accessories and you can do all sorts of things. There is a hydralic ram type thing that will pull a frame straight, I think there is anyway.

Looks all the business and then some. if I can find cross members and fixtures in the next year, it will be good timing for getting my S mounted up on it.

No where near me. Enjoy the trip. Don't buy any cars or parts from that area, probably underwater from Sandy.

How much gas would an F 150 use to drive from Boston to Adelaide?
