This is a high resolution (watch it in 720P) R/C quad copter with on-board camera

stunning video, but more, the flight skills involved in doing this.

pretend you're a bumble bee or hummingbird.

Looks like I need one of those...

Bet his neighbors just love him!!!!

porsche4life 09-24-2013 08:25 PM

If I had a neighbor that frequently did that over my back yard, I'd start shooting trap more often, and have an "accident". Fly it into my backyard, ya lose it. ;)

Cool! I think he's been practicing.

Pretty darn good with that thing. The thought of what these things can be, or are, used for scares me. I would think one could easily be used to assassinate some one with no traceable evidence..let alone the spying uses.

THAT dude has some mad RC skillz!!! RC Helo's are very difficult to fly. He's a g*d*mn master at the controls!

Yeah, but can you strap a Maverick to it?....or a Sidewinder to take care of NSA drones?

That's exactly what I was thinking. And I'm sure right now there's someone working on a way to make them autonomous.

It's my understanding that the muti-rotor machines are a lot easier to fly. I was at some trade show or something (state fair?) and there was a booth selling them and letting people play with them.

You think it hasn't already been done? ;)

From the looks of the silhouette it's a 4 GRAUPNER prop helo (?).
Some serious skill there...and some serious properties below...where's the location?
