I am taking my wife and 14yo daughter to a Broadway show in Manhattan during Nov. they are torn...Romeo and Juliette or Wicked?

What say ye?

Jealous! I know I would LOVE to see Wicked but I haven't seen either of them.

My wife saw "Wicked" she really enjoyed it.

My daughter and her best friend go to school in NYC and see a couple shows a week (student rush tickets). I saw Pippen with her recently, it was great. Want me to ask what they would suggest based on the current run? Are you going to buy advance or use TKTS?

Okay, my experts have weighed in. They were unanimous that Wicked was the first choice of the two. If your daughter was a huge Orlando Bloom fan, there's some pull for R&J, but Wicked is still better. They also said that other good options are Newsies and Matilda.

I took my daughter to see her first Broadway shows on her 15th birthday and now she takes me (but I still pay!).
