Laughed out loud at the load of wood in the Minivan! Great, my friend! As for towing odd contraptions through the water, about 20 years ago, I was late getting my float out of the water in the creek in front of home. Went to haul it out and...no float. So, I got in the canoe and went looking. Paddled about a mile down river, then followed the opposite bank back upstream and finally found the float directly across from home (wind blew it there). So, I tied a line to it and started across, forgetting the current set. By the time I made my shore, I was about 1/4 mile down river again, but I was in shallow water. I got onto the float, got a pole from the bank and poled my way back home. You have my sympathies. Glad you and the little one enjoyed the Minuet. Great pics of a future sailor. Best Les |
Love it, well done. Cool boat too.
How did you get it off the trailer, sorry if I missed that. I have to pay for the travel lift and storage, a bill that coming up that I'm not looking forward to. |
Those are great photos of your boat and little girl!
Those will be some fantastic memories for both of you. |
Man, I'd pay the $150 even if I was broke as a spoke...but makes for a funny thread! :)
Nice truck. |
