Given how easily Vettel passed Grosjeon (on worn tires), Weber (on older tires) would have been a sitting duck.

Knowing the "secret" is far less important than forming a team capable of exploiting winning personnel, equipment and strategies.
I believe that as long as Stefano Domenicali heads the team at Ferrari, assets (drivers, talented specialists, incredibly hugh budgets and a history littered with success) will be wasted and championships will elude the Scuderia.

After the second race of the year, I predicted that everyone would be racing for second place in the WDC and the Constructors WC.
It looks like Fred and Ferrari might not even win that.

I personally don’t know Domenicali but I haven’t read/heard too much that he is impeding the tradition at Ferrari of ‘Race First Sell Second’ established long ago. Can you cite any references?

From all I have seen and read, Fernando has been compared to Schumacher as the ultimate builder/developer/driver in Formula1 but he does have a I'm first attitude.

What will be interesting in 2014 is seeing how Fernando’s work ethic clashes with Kimi’s show up race day hung over and drive mentality.
