A very very rare VW

I'm a former Beetle guy. I drove a '63 all the way to 2005 when I bought my 1983 SC. That thread is amazing!

Certainly a great thread but so many photos of the restoration are now missing.
The leaf spring rear end had me laughing. What were they thinking to put that on a Beetle?
