I really would have liked watching Ben become an alien, but he really didn't ever have it in him.

• John Force won his 16th (!) Funny Car championship.

He beat his daughter Courtney to win the race (he now has 138 wallys!) and if you think that Courtney was asked to lay down, well here are the times from the final round:
