oh, he actually loves it, but he just retired, is doing a quick sale on his house and everything in it and is moving to his town home in Park City in two weeks. Everything must go!..

He threw away at least 100 8 track tapes and players.. and countless other stuff like that. Listed it as an estate sale on CL and was selling pictures of the walls and cups out of the cupboard.. crazy..
