West: two ways of posting a picture:
1. Upload it using the "Attach file" feature at the bottom of the "Your Reply" box. 2. If the file is already on the 'net, (here at Pelican or anywhere else) use the following code: {IMG}U-R-L{IMG} But, replace '{}' with '[]' and the U-R-L should be the complete internet address () where the file is located.
